Anton Santoso - President Director

Born in 1969, He graduated from University of Lowell, Massachusetts, USA with Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991. He Held a Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1992.

He has served as the President Director of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since 2007. He is also the President Commissioner of PT. Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (Since 2017). He is the Chairman and founder of Okansa Group of companies since 1994. He is also currently serving as board member in various companies.

He previously served as President Commissioner of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (2017-2022), President Director of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk [2013-2017], President Director of PT. Okansa Capital Tbk (2003-2007), President Director of PT. Okansa Persada Tbk (2003-2007), and other top level management of various companies.

Nicholas Santoso - Director

Born in 1997, Graduated from George Washington University, Washington DC, USA with Bachelor degree in Finance & Economics in 2016. He attended an internship program at Merrill Lynch, Washington DC, USA since June 2015 to August 2015. He served as Investment Manager of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since June 2016. He has served as a Director of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since January 2017.

He is affiliated with Anton Santoso; who is the President Director and the main shareholder of the Company

Aris Setyadi - Director
	Born in 1991, Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, with Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. Held a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2016. He served as Engineering Team (project) at LAPI ITB since 2014 to 2016. He served as Product Development at Cisadane Jaya Perkasa since 2016 to 2017. He is the Director of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since December 2017.
